For your first flash this is definately really good. You didnt have to stuff it with sprites so hi five. Like some of the other people have said a storyline helps draw interest but like I said for your first flash it was pretty good.

i think you could be a pretty good flash artist given some time. i think you need to sharpen the picture, make the vid a bit longer and the text a little clearer. other than that good job.
