hmmm....

i honestly had the most open mind you could get before i reviewed this and i was expecting some poor reviews as you told people to keep an open mind...when i saw the 10's and your average of 9.5 i guess i expected it to be much more than what it was...

the animation is ...ok you could have done it without tracing
the music was increasingly annoying
the poem was incredible

i wish i could feel the need to give you a full ten but to many important factors where missing , but there is no doubt in my mind that you will be able to acheive this next animation :D

interesting, but

you're critiquing the structure of the world without offering any possible solution. anyone can make a piece about how life is sometimes monotonous and repetitive. everybody feels that way about their lives at one point or another. granted, the way you presented this idea was quite intriguing, except for at the end when you simply said: "we are all fishes." tagging that ending on was absolutely unnecessary and made the rest of the piece seem boring and unoriginal, though in reality it wasn't. still, i ask you, what do you propose humans do to be rid of this monotony? and if you don't have a solution, then honestly you have no right to create something like this. that's like making a flash about how people have to eat every day. it just doesn't make any sense in the long run.

overall i enjoyed it however. the mixed media aspects were very well done.

Alright

Animation was meh, and the video bored me at points. I kind of enjoyed the poetry from what I understood. Overall, it was an ok flash with a interesting message.

This is more of a book

God that was a lot of reading. The music was alright, but it was a HELL of a lot of reading. Not bad, I guess, but I'd appreciate if there were less text and more spoken word. My real problem with all the text was it distracted me from everything else that was going on. I was more worried about reading the text before it went away than I was about actually watching what was going on, which is a big nuisance. Aside from the reading and the general mind fog the mentality of this flash has going on, it's not bad. But please, less reading next time, I beg you.

It was ok

To be honest, I know this is an expirement, but I think the music was too loud and fussy to suit the style you had choosen for this piece and ruined the atmospehere at the end. Although, some techniques used were very good!
Btw 199,998 eyelids. And Mine (we all have 2 you know)
