Now im not usually one to support things that are missing graphic violence and foul language, but this was truly great. I too enjoyed the simple yet sweet way you conveyed your message.

Then again, maybe not. It's different, the humor is definitely darker, but it isn't all out gore.

Not sure exactly when I came up with the idea, but it was soon after I had finished my other movie. I actually drew the very first scene back in January, but because of school I wasn't able to really work on it until May 15th. When I got down to working, I really hated it, but I couldn't stop.
That's just how animating it. You hate it, oh god do you hate it, but you can't stop either. Just somethin keeps you goin. Thanks for liking the graphics, means the most to me.

Thanks. I wish I would have made the music sound better, because I would love to have the music make and define an animation once, not the other way around. One day though.

The best way to get a message across is to take something familiar, something simple, and really explore with it. You can catch people off guard like that, and show them something they didn't think they were getting themselves into.
I easily could have had the rest of the movie be like the first part, which is nothing but the checkers battling. Instead, decided to make a story.
It is hard to do all of that in 5 minutes, but I guess I did a good enough job considering the reviews.
