I think it was fantastic! I liked how you substituted the sound for music. Keep this style and keep the moral lessons in it.

I'd like to say it's what I do best but really it's all I know how to do. I'm all about progression though, so the next movie won't keep the same style at all. Won't be much of a moral (although there will be some if you think enough) and the music won't be so prominent. It will also be longer, but that's all I can say about it.
It was alright
I guess this one means different things to different people. I didn't see how the whole racial thing came into play although one may consider that it did. It was a good flash, I think that it showed more that adults are to bull headed in their ways to realize that the best thing for them all is to coexist. They didn't figure it out until the two young piece taught them this lesson. But once again this flash is in the eye of the beholder. What did you mean it to be?

Well that's the thing. The smaller pieces weren't meant to be younger, just smaller, inferior if you want.
I could have made all the pieces separate from each other. Some having different colored eyes. Some could have had beards, or glasses, or crooked teeth, whatever. Instead though I made them all the same, cause that's what most people are, right? I mean yeah, we're all different on the outside, but we're all humans.
Just how I look at shit. The racism angle only covers a bit of the ground. Many other groups have to deal with prejudice and discrimination.

Those two little chips were amazing. This movie is showing how violence and discrimination runs rampant throughout today's society.
Yet you used a children's game to show this... I found this movie to be very unique and interesting. Good job I look forward to seeing more of your work.

Yep, there you go. That's the moral of the story told in better words than the ones I've been using. I might have to borrow that for a future reply. I'm terrible at communicating my own ideas.
Yeah, it is a children's game, but it's the coolest one there is. The game was my jam when I was a kid, even though I didn't have too many people to play it with.
Can't really name what it is though, because if I did, hey I could get sued pretty easily. I'm glad everyone knows what it is though.

As I said a previous reply, I'm not sure if a war would happen for the checkers. I know of a way I could tell that story, but the one I have in mind right now is a lot different.
It wouldn't really focus on a war, but I think it would compliment this movie very well. Alas, that shit won't be coming out anytime soon. Glad to see you enjoyed it enough for a sequel.
Very original
This flash may not have mind-blowingly amazing graphics but that doesn't matter.
I thought that the story was great, not just a radom gore-fest like the majority of stuff on Newgrounds, but a well though out storyline with a moral.
The music and musical timing with the actions, added greatly to this.
Overall a very good flash, with lots of thought put into it. Good job ;)

You'd be surprised with the actual thought that went into this. I'd say 80% of what you see is really me just saying "Well, what would work?" before animating it. Usually it works, but some times I have to go back and redraw a scene or redo the music to get it right. The next animation, however, I plan to fully develop before going into production.
