Honestly, if this was not as good as "when I grow up", it was better. still keeping an interesting and entertaining concept. I can honestly say I understand how this became a front-pager. keeping it silent, aren't you? Do you have a microphone?

Yes I do. I have two microphones. One is just on a Sennheiser headset that I use whenever I waste my time with video games.
The one in my studio though is Grove Tubes 66 tube mic. It's a pretty nice mic, but I don't use it too often. I just don't need voices for these kinds of stories. My next one will though.
This movie is way, way, way better than When I Grow Up. When I Grow Up has a better story line, but the sound and animation in that movie are terrible. It was my first go at it, so I can forgive it for that reason, but yeah, I always want to do better with my next project. Connect Two was an advancement on all fronts if you ask me, which is why I am personally pleased with it.

Glad to see you thought it was funny. It seems like that seems to be the main problem most people have with it. I thought all the checkers beating up on each other was funny, but I guess that's my sense of humor.

Haha, glad you enjoyed it a lot. I make a point with everything I do, although I'm a huge hypocrite a lot of the times. I always feel bad about making points. As I agree with them in nature, I don't always follow them on a day-to-day basis. That's just part of being a human. Can't survive or learn without changing your perspectives every now and then.

Not Bad
I'm gonna be honest, I didn't really like it. It was original to say the least, and the music went well with the whole movie.
However I didn't find anything especially funny or enjoyable in the movie. The graphics are very nice, I kind of forgot it was a Flash Movie at some point and I thought I was looking at the true game moving in itself - of course it doesn't look "realist", but its convincing somewhat.
I give you 4. I think its a fair note. It is always a good change from what we see around here.
Honest with you man, that's a great review. You don't need to hide the fact that you didn't find it enjoyable, and funny I could completely understand. When I want to make a comedy, I will, but in most my stories that are plot driven the humor has to come secondary.
Like anything else I do, the graphics are usually what I'm the most pleased with. I've been using flash for roughly 8 or so years, but I've only been a serious animator and film maker since what, August of last year? It's gonna take me a while to really bring everything up.
I break an animation down into Art, Animation, Story, Creativity, and Sound. If I can please someone with at least one out of those five, I consider it a win. They say you can't please everyone all the time, but getting 1 out of 5 is good enough for me.
For how the review was going I was betting on a 2. A 4 is being pretty generous to me despite you not liking it. Thanks for that.
