not bad
a good movie there, is this a series? i will have to check it out, the movie was good, but mindless violence only goes so far... the ditzy girl thing was a bit annoying too, i dunno if you meanty for her to seem that way, but it kinda drug the movie down, made it slow

It wasnt bad, but it certainly wasnt good. Ok I get the violence part, but will there ever be a story to this, because you completly fail to show even a hint of plot. If I want to see a crap load of violence, I'll just go play Mortal Kombat, which looks better also. You need work on your character movements too.I'm not trying to be an ass, and say that you suck. I'm simpley pointing out that trailers usually have segments of the plot so that people can get a feel for what this is about. You didnt do that, all I know is that shes a tease, and good with a sword. That guy shouldnt have punched her in the face 20 times without knowing that he was gonna call down the thunder.Some of the drawings where good, but they where all still frames with not much movement at all. This is about the time when people say "well I dont see any flashes from you". Thats true, but I dont need to produce flashes to critisize them. Besides I'm an art major, so I do know what I'm talking about. Good try, the lack of any plot teaser was the biggest reason you got a 5. I"ll be looking for the first instalment.

This wasn't all that good. I realize in anime there rarely appears to be a constant plot in the begining, but this was nothing more than a long empty road and a bunch of gang bangers then a blood bath. I'm afraid your mistaken if you think that makes a decent quality episode.
Your animateing is pretty good for fbf though. Lil' rough around the edges, but good none the less. The placement of characters against the background was just terrible though. at times, the placement had it so they were talking to each other while facing in opisite directions if you went by the background as a marker.
And pretty much this entire movie was a scene from "Kill Bill", from the lip bite on. Then it was nothing more than cut, bash, slash.
Plus, from what you said about the character in the notes, sable is NOTHING like that character. the sable from the movie was a vilont, blood-thirsty sadist type by the way she never out right killed a guy and even smashed up the first guys face after she killed him. That doesn't sound ANYTHING like "an enthusiastic but unlucky girl, who always means well, but just can’t seem to stay out of trouble" to me.
Your animation was good, but most everything else needs work. And tell your friend that his music was incredibly clishea and either you or him need to work on back ground placement for the characters. There were alot of errors in that department.

I must say, if you plan on making flash as a career here, you need re-think your strategy. For one thing, she was a total bimbo, or, perhaps, maybe even a slut. You need to make her dialogue more original, as well as the 'thugs' that were there. With how she got beaten up, she looked more like the 'damsel-in-distress' type girl. The sudden change in her attitude also doesn't go very well. If you're going to make up a character, you need to stick with one personality. Sure, you can change the attitude, but what is her focus? Is she 1 can short of a 6 pack, or is she sarcastic? Also, her suddenly becoming a samurai sort of girl doesn't add up. I cannot say this enough: when you make a character, stick with one persona!!! That is, unless she's got multiple personality disorder. One more thing: don't let the antagonist repeat himself so much. Make him seem more original.

LOL, just kidding, its not that bad, but seriously, that little gang trying to beat up the woman...was so...so fuckin stupid. and why is she walking down one big narrow tunnel, and why would that little gang be in there. And why did she look at a map to find out where she was going, is she that stupid? I just didn't like it...sorry, not bad artwork though, although she looked mishapen sometimes...
