well then a hanging is in order... his extra girth would surly make the rope pull harder... But then the Gallows would break though. if you shoot him, the bullets will bounce off and hit the officers, the chair perhaps? no the crown wouldn't even fit his head.
I guess the only way to kill him is to keep on feeding him whatever he asks for as a last meal in order for him to die of cardiac arrest.

It's illegal. The inmates are not allowed to feel any pain, or die in a gruesome manner (getting shot, as an example) when they die in prison.
The article also states how his weight could effect the injection, and make him die a painful death.
I personally think the death penalty should be a choice, by the inmate. They could either sit in prison bored out of their minds for decades, or die a peaceful death.
