Ladies and gents, this is the lyrics to the full AVGN theme song, by Kyle Justin. I felt this to be a good opening to the AVGN fan club, consent to club provided by BananaBreadMuffin and his delicious-sounding username. Here we can yack on about the Angry Video Game Nerd himself and talk about his reviews and any new one that arise. Here is a link to his main page on screwattack.com. To those who are not aware of his greatness, please feel free to follow that link and clickon one of his reviews. He is James Rolfe, a guy who reviews bad old-school games and is damn funny while doing it. He updates his library every wekk with more funny material, there is an extention to his reviews on gametrailers.com. AVGN fans are welcome--after all, this is a fan club dedicated to him--it'll be stupid not to join.
Now that the easy part is over now onto rules.
In additon to the bbs rules...
1. No spam: This is an no brainer. Don't come trolling in here with one liners or unrelated shit.
2. Screw attack's other franchises can be discussed, but remember, the center of this club is the Angry Video Game Nerd, don't go too far into the other franchises.
3. No bashing. If you came to hate on the AVGN, then your presence is not needed, nor wanted.
4. No arguing over which is better than which: You are free to share info on which one is your favorite and why, but don't get into any arguements over which one is best. You are all intitled to your personal opinions, don't try to shove them down other people's throats amd claim them as facts.
5. Common sense is an asset of life, this thread is not exception, no stupid shit.
6. Have fun.

I definitely enjoyed thous video! The die hard one was hilarious!
I think some of my favorite AVGN videos are the holiday ones. Such as the 'Halloween' (the movie) one and the 'nightmare on elm St'.

Thou, i do enjoy his other lines of work. When hes not going off on his angry, foul mouth, rampages. I enjoy his movie reviews. He was the one that inspired me to go rent the movie "planet terror". Me and my dad watched it. It was one of the best movies we has seen in along time.

Yes, the movies. His review on Turtles 3 took me back to the old days when I watched those movies and I remember the excitement vividly.
And his complaint on the movie orders that was funny.

The main part I like is when he is actually pissed.
Like, you know when he's angry just for the act of it, and there are times when he's really literally fucking pissed, like with the silver surfer and Dr. Jeckel and Mr. Hyde.
I love those moments.
The bugs bunny one was timeless too.
He whipped Bug's ass so hard, me and my friend rewinded it and watched again and again.

I could join this crew. I love all his videos, and i´ve played most of the shitmanglers he reviews.
I love the swearwords he uses.

Oh crap, I found an AVGN video game at cinemassacre.com and let me tell you, it sucks.
It must be a piece of irony, its a platformer of the AVGN himself running around shooting beer bottles at cannons and blimps. When you get his, you can't throw beer and--it sucks. I never got past the first level.
The controls are not good in my opinion. Its something else.

Just watched the Silver Surfer review.
It was the funniest thing I have seen in a while.

Really made me want to play it even though I know I would fail worse than he did.
It looked stupidly hard!

I like him, but some of his latest reviews sucked in my opinion.

Yes, he created a funny character, the most strange thing is that James love Simon's quest, the Nerd dosent tough... Yeahm james said in an interview that he liked Simon's Quest.

Oh and I think a good way to start the club would be to name our first consoles and our very first game: I had a Sega Genesis ( my dad bought it from afriend or something) so it had the 32X and the Sega CD... My very first game was Sonic 2, and I think I still have never beat the last boss... I fought him often tough... Never te less it was fun.

Also in the start of one avgn vid, when the guy sing, you can see a game with ronald mc donald throwing some magic sparks or whatever, well i already played it, AND I BEAT IT, te first boss is a giant apple (yeah big macs are good but apples will rape you durr) And the last boss is an alien, If anyone can find it I will be very gratefull...

It was the game I rented te most... I always rented my genesis games... same for n 64, tough i had more n64 games, I only had Sonic 2 as my own game...

On a related note, I've also seen Captain S. Its funny, but in a corny kind of way.

Theres a game I know that would deserve to be reviewed by AVGN, unfortunately, its on gamecube, and since hes a nostalgic guy (not to say nostalgiafag lawl) he prolly wont review it, but ill say it on this club, Judge Dredd, its HORRIBLE, Graphics sucks, AI is almost unexistant and perfectly dumb, physics and ragdolls are so wrong its funny to see the enemies being sent flying for no reason, its really worth playing tough, since its so much funny to see the enemies die, and it must be around 10$
