Ok this Guy was designed for a friend of mine doing a series called Limiter Removal.
He cybernetic arm has the ability to levitate objects, including himself, but breaks down constantly under the strain.

Anyway, great technical skills, especially with the smudge tool.

Anyway, I've fiddled with it a little, and after refining the background a lot, messed up, lost the data, and had to redraw it all. Well, I didn't (time) so I made it kinda mixed-media: I put a photo there to make it a little more interesting.
