Razac, man, where do you get the time for such a drawing? Can I borrow your time-machine?
Anyway, great technical skills, especially with the smudge tool.
Anyway, I've fiddled with it a little, and after refining the background a lot, messed up, lost the data, and had to redraw it all. Well, I didn't (time) so I made it kinda mixed-media: I put a photo there to make it a little more interesting.
Guilan
Once upon a time there was a dancer.
When she danced, people forget everything. Their sorrow, their worries, their pain. She was adored by all. And this made her happy.
But time changes all things, people get older, their bodies get weaker, and they can't dance forever.
The dancer knew this, and it made her sad, knowing that one day, she wouldn't be able to make people happy. She vowed to be stronger than time, and she looked for a body that would last longer than mere flesh and bone. And she found one.
But time is patient, and never gives up. And one day, she was still. You see, nothing in this world is meant to last forever.
Nothing, but memories. And altough she wasn't forever, the tales of her dances still inspire young dancers everywhere.
