Thanks, man! I appreciate your interest in my work :D

Here's another piece that I did about four months ago. It stands about two and a half centimetres tall, sculpted from copper and resin, and took around three weeks to make, and a further two days to paint.
I don't often get a chance to do sculpting, but I really do enjoy doing it.
Some of you might be able to recognise this sculpture as the alien from alien 3?
I sculpted it so that myself and my friends could play games of 'alien hunt' in our games of Necromunda (a small-scale tabletop battle game by games workshop... Back in the days when it was good.)

Here's the first picture of my sculpted alien. The one-pound (brit-money) coin is shown for scale purposes.

Here's a better look at the tail....
You have no idea how long it took me to sculpt that tail.
the head only takes two days, but the tail took weeks. I had to leave the resin to set on the first couple of segments before continuing to the next couple......
It took far too long.

This is the alien after one day of sculpting.... Just the basic shape of the legs and the basic shape of the head.

I also sculpted a facehugger and a pair of alien eggs.... Again, the coin is shown for scale purposes.

Yet another piece of art...
This one was done a while ago as a character design for "Lev Mondolovan" a soldier in one of my stories. I drew it first in pencil, then went over it in flash.
It's not a particularly detailed drawing, but I like it anyway.

It can be viewed at higher resolution here:

the tail is my favorite part cuz its so detailed and skinny but not falling off.

Yeah, basically I made a rough wire armature, onto which I sculpted a two-part resin. Basically, you mix two different chemical resins together, and they slowly set to form a plastic. It's good for about ten minutes, in which time you can do some sculpting. After that, it gets lumpy and kinda useless. It takes about 12 hours to fully set, so these sculpts did take quite a long time. But I enjoyed every second.

Define "retarded"... Is that 'retarded' as in 'that must have come out of the mind of a madman' retarded, or 'that's just plain stupid' retarded, or 'It looks like it was drawn by a retard' retarded?

Yeah, I like drawing robots, mainly because you get a lot more freedom in designing them compared with drawing humans or animals. Since I draw robots more often, and hence get more practice, I can understand why my robo-anatomy would be better than my organic anatomy.

At long last, I got round to posting a higher-def version of this drawing. It's larger than A4, so I've been unable to scan it in as I normally would.

So, anyway, now you can see it a bit better.

Here's one I did a while ago. I posted it in the 'when space is the limit' topic, but this evening, I thought I should at least transfer it to my art-dump-topic so that I've got at least most of my stuff all together in one place.

All around nice, but your figures are a little stiff and sometimes your proportions are off.

I was browsing around today, apparently somone hosted bridgeman and loomis books for free. I don't know if its legit, but its damn worth it if it is. http://processjunkie.blogspot.com/2007/0 9/best-figure-drawing-books-ever.html

Other than that you can go to http://www.posemaniacs.com/blog/ its been pretty popular these days.

It shouldn't take you long, you're allready doing alot of things right.

i really like the shading and colouring. also the robots look terrifying and mean. reminds me of the beginning of that terminator movie.

the faces of humans you drew look great. but could use some smaller details, as in the female zombie-hunter you made. making the lips another tone and abit fuller. and giving her eyes whispers and stuff really add to the mix. it's just stuff like that that can make the drawing look alot better.

still, the drawings are really amazing. and you're only eighteen too. also good with sculptures, wish i had the artistic ability you have. :o

all of your art is fabulous. the crotch on the first female is a little too low, and the head on the second is turned around a little too far. great work though kepp it up.

For those of you who are interested in the characters depicted in my artworks -
Many of them will feature in a forum-based Science Fiction Roleplay game, which will be opening very soon.
If you have any experience in Roleplaying, or are simply interested in playing, then send my a PM and I'll give you the address.

And here's a new piece of my artwork...
A CGI model which I spent all last night building an animating. In a nutshell, it's supposed to be a light scout vehicle used by planetary security forces... A "security walker", if you will...

Anyone here play Warhammer 40,000?

I don't really play it very often, but I love painting and converting the models...
What follows is a series of photograps of my SCRATCH-BUILT warhound titan.

This first picture was taken at a very early stage... Hence why it still says "corn flakes" on the top.
