Holy shit, incredible stuff! Though I expected no less...

Speaking of which MC, have you seen this guy's stuff?

Might inspire you in some way, or give you ideas for techniques. Best of luck.

Speed paintings? The only speedy thing about them was that the frame-rate was increased. That stuff was super detailed and had at least 3 line drawings to start.

The "Speed Painting" aspect wasn't what I was focusing on. I'm talking about the general use of colouring and effects.

Nice, your line art was all shaky and thin but seems you're fixing that with the color job. Hope you add a lot of shine on him when you're done! CHROME THAT FUCKER
And now you have to make a megatron and a Robocop.

That's pretty amazing, though I don't get why these speed-paintings ( aka trace jobs ) are so popular all over the net. Just google and you can find the exact picture of the car ( http://games.fok.nl/showpic/1165581621.2 288.jpg ) and the robot ( close enough

He's got a lot of time on his hands and is obviously an incredibely skilled colorist/painter though.

Looking at the drawing and start of the painting, how detailed are you going to go? I mean, will you make it chrome like pox said or keep it a bit cartoony, and make it seem painted more? Either way, I can't wait to see the finished result!

I'd like some darker shadows, but that's looking sexy!
How come you didn't use photoshop for the whole thing?

both are pretty awesome, but theres something about the brushstrokes in painter that make me really wet.
