The tree tut is starting to take shape at the moment. Probably won't take more than a day to finish.

It was intended to be like that - simple. It was simply going to be a background because I had a nice animation for the text.
That's when I discovered that Newgrounds has incorporated this homolicious new rule so that you can't use animated gifs in your sig!

So, yeah, go ahead - I'm too bored to make it more interesting, let's see what you can do!
I'll just PM my PS tut now xP (I'll work on the others soon, 2/4 is pretty good atm imo)

People are doing tuts, and i'm away :P. Having a break from flash has done me some good actually, i should be able to work quicker when i get back :).

I don't have access to flash atm, but it's comming along well :)
I have finished the selection tools! Here is part2 http://www.bajta.hr/masking_preview.html . If you still gets the old version - clear your cache. The last page must be More about selections. While you comment I going ahead to Basic Maskin' part.
Siggy: I hope I didn't "steal" something yours!
Good tutorial, jazzandblues. I like it, even though I have no experience with Photoshop.

Thanks, Bomber109.
Here, I made it all! http://www.bajta.hr/masking_preview.html ! If you get the older version, clear your cache. The last thing should be "The End"! And please criticize! If I don't see critic, that's the version it goes!
Siggy0501: You are in charge in here! If I put anything that should be yours, just say it and I'll delete it. Or if you want me to change the last page... Without you permission I won't publish it!,

Chill out dude, I feel like you're being a little obsequious right now.
"Advanced Masking" is NOT the name of a tutorial! It is only a part in my "Expert" tutorial. Also, remember that "Selection Tools" isn't a tutorial either! It's a section in my "Basic" tutorial! Make sure if you want to refer to Advanced Masking or Selection Tools that you mention the tuts they are from.
And really, you don't have to worry about that tutorial you made. There may be some overlaps, but I plan for my tutorial to be so much bigger than that with a lot more details, so it doesn't really matter!
Are you still calling this "Masking"? I need to know what to link to
I'm confused now! Why did I do the Selection Tools if you are making them???
Anyway, to avoid any misunderstandings, I think that should be best you to write the last page
If you make a list of the stuff we could make i could Join (An updated list)
*User Page under construction*

Why did you do Selection Tools? If you check Page 16, I warned you that I would be doing Selection Tools. In fact I said that a WHOLE DAY before you posted the first draft of your tutorial!
jazzandblues: Though I am leaving "Basic Masking" for you, I still need to cover "Selection Tools."
But it doesn't matter. As I said earlier today, I'm doing a much more detailed explanation of the tools and how you can use them. You still didn't answer what you are calling the tut!
Sorry, I haven't got it right. Should I remove selection tools?
Don't be mad. I think we can agree some way
The name of tut for now is Selection Tools/Basic Masking - Robi.

Nah, it's fine. When I said "Why did you do Selection Tools?" I was meaning to ask in a matter-of-fact way, not PO'd.
What you have will suffice, you don't need to cut any. As I said before, I won't just be explaining the Selection Tools, I will be showing several other ways to utilize them other than masking. Don't worry, there won't be many overlaps between our tutorials!
So, it's OK if I publish tutorial? The last page is fine?
P.S. I apologize for taking your part: I took a look of our recent conversations and, honestly, I don't know why I took it!
The last page is fine, but you have some typos that you might want to check out.
Btw, I'm still talking about Selection Tools in my tut, I just won't mention a lot about the basic stuff that you already said.
Don't worry about taking my tut, I have PLENTY more to do besides that!
BUMP.
Seems like this project is going along pretty well! I wonder what score we'll get and how many people we'll help!

Yeah, especially considering how well the last one went!
Okay, i'm now back. I can respond to any posts/pms/emails, so get on with your tuts and send them to me asap :). I'll try to update soon, it's proving a lot harder than i thought.

Good timing. I think I just finished my ever-so exciting Tree Tutorial. I don't think I'm the best teacher around :). Any last-minute comments, right now I can still change everything.
I demand more Illustrator tutorials, only Fuzz is making some at the moment...
Come on... its a great program

Why not do some then :S.
Done, any other art/animation parts no one is willing to take?

I'll make one on glassy orbs if you want :D
I'm a real beginner
Hi,
I contacted Depredation for permission to join, and I got the O.K today :)
I would've posted and asked to join earlier, but NG was blocked so I had to e--mail Depredation for it.
I'm just posting here to day I'm on the team too :)
I'm working on my tut right now, it involves using C4D renders in Photoshop.
So who exactly is doing what now? Is there a list of all the tutorials and their authors?
*an updated one aswell

I spent 5 hours making a tut for simple glass orbs on Illustrator, it took so long because its packed with pictures, I think its very detailed.
