Sorry gang, the voting is over after today so dont worry. Anyway I'm intruiged by the coasters idea. The only problem with last years was that its sort of lame that as a participant you arent able to take away something physical from the end product. I think alot of people lose sight of how awesome a project they were part of mainly cause they arent able to physically see what came out of it. I think the online version can only do so much.
Which is why this year I wanted to atleast have the option of being able to purchase some sort of book or whatever that you can put on your coffee table and be like yea i was part of that... its a good conversation piece. Atleast it was when i was at the comic con.

In other news, scanning them is MUCH easier this year, i can do 2 at a time and i was able to do like 30 in one sitting!!!

Why not just make some sort of image that has all of the pieces lined up like 10 X 10 (replace 10 with square root of the total number of panels haha, you get the idea) and make some cafepress thing and put the image on coasters, mugs, shirts whatever and people can choose whatever they would like.

well i know theres gonna be a few artists giving stickers away at the ng booth.. and since the staff will be there all day I may have jose monitor em to make sure its only kewl people. But i dunno... i guess i'll figure it out as the date nears.. i would just feel like a dick seeing everyone else giving stickers away and im there like gimmie a dollar or something..

Ummm... not meaning to nag here Luis but err... where in July is the sketchbook project expected to be finalized in its total form(for showcasing)? I assume you already have sorted out everything. I know there will be a comic con in San Diego soon(when is that lol), but do you have a date? When in July do you expect it do be done, as same for the flash version?

I got yours, but if you recall you didnt color it in so its really hard to know which one of those is yours. btw tom has your stuff now. Personally gave it to him. Your chocolate was kind of melted tho.. should be in his fridge at the office.

Thats probably the exact reason that Luis gave your bar to Tom, he couldnt stand to eat the chocolate of somebody who wouldn't put in the effort to sprinkle in some forest green into his panel. Its people like you who made Van Gogh cut off his own ear, and its probably your fault the redesign isnt out yet. Once Luis gave him the chocolate bar and explained why he couldnt eat it, Tom just got so angry to the point where he couldnt develop a logical sentence and had to leave the mod meat early.

No sir, im not a noob as you might think. It depends on what crayons you use, ive seen hundreds of artworks professionally colored with oiltype crayons and pastelles and stuff. Quite amazing works.
