Been watching Dragon Ball Z, it's pretty awesome stuff.
Same here. Rewatched the first 6 Dragonball Z movies today.
I must re-watch Tree of Might, I don't know what it is about that one specifically, but it's amazing to me.
Awesome shit. Also following the subbed Dragonball Kai on the internet. Its Dragonball Z with no filler episodes on account of the 20th anniversary. Good stuff. :D
Reminds me that I need to start maybe following on that. Well, was originally planning on it. But it's like, man I like DBZ just the way it is. I'm in the 70+ episodes range and I haven't been bored stiff yet. I think it's one of those shows that is much better to watch in bigger doses, makes for some cool marathons.
Other than that, finished Baccano! and I liked it as a whole. It had a pretty unique way of story telling that's for sure. but it's a mess(Guess that's the point of the show, but still). Bit of too much happening at once, and Graham and Ladd's pseudo-intelliectual rants were getting to be very annoying.
One of the more innovative shows to come out in a while, but after watching it all, can't really feel much from it, no after-taste of amazement or anything.
I just can't see it as being terribly memorable, in my eyes at least.
Also nearly finished with Gunbuster, now this one will be pretty memorable to me. It has a great ability to have a decent plot even though everything going on in it is ridiculous. Noriko is also a good main female lead, imo.
Surprised me definitely .
