That must have been really neat. You fit 12 eps. on one tape? whew... Without commercials. I found a tape with a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle episode, Extreme Ghostbuster episode, and an original He-Man and the Masters of the Universe episode. At least 1 ep of each show. I need to watch it. Oh, I found a Family Guy tape too with several eps from the 3rd and 4th season. I can not wait for the DVD!

Ryan

Anyone else find any tapes of classic shows? Oh, does anyone remember a show that was on the USA network called "Johnny Time?" The tagline was ... "It's Johnny Time."

It has been a long time since Sunday, as of this writing, 4 days... Can you refresh my memory? heh. IM me - thanks.

Some trivia... IM me... You will probably get an away message. I will post on here who IM'ed me first, and got the answers correct. (Please answer with #'s...)

1. What is Homer's bosses FULL name... 2 on the Easy (1) Hard (10) scale...

2. What is the Simpsons most known address. 4 (fairly easy)

3. What is the other address they have been known to reside at... They called it something else. 7 (kind of hard.)

4. What is there most used phone #? (ehh...4 or 5?)

5. What is Homer's bosses' assitant's full name? What is his/her's father's full name. Salutations are requested, ie, "Mr., Mrs., jr., sr., etc..." (6.)

6. What are 3 of Homer's bar pals? The most well known... >Full< names, please. What races are they? (8... for one of them)

7. What does Bart ask Lisa as president to do after he helps her with the diplomats? (7)

8. What is the Professor's full name? Catch phrase? (3)

9. What is the Comic Book Guy's alter ego in the super hero episode? Who does he kidnap?

10. What is Bart's best friend's full name? What game does Bart steal at the Try N' Save? What is Bart's friend's nickname in the game.

Not really hard... Just something to do...

I am not really sure if anyone really cares, but Matt Groening has been quoted as saying that after the series run, he would like to do at least 2 movies. It is in the voice actor's contracts, complete the 15th season, and make the 2 movies, if they want...

I got it off of www.snpp.com I think, heh.

Does anyone know why they film a cartoon like the Simpsons in full screen format? It just cuts way to much off. Shows like Malcom in the Middle and 24 are the exception... I wonder if anyone will change?

what are we missing by having it cut off?

It is the same with film. You can choose between with widescreen when is like a rectangle, or full-screen, which is like a square. It all depends on if you care about seeing the whole picture, and not a doctored version... Widescreen all the way.
