Came down with the 'VID on Sunday, so I have not been in the mood to cook, but I also wasn't in the mood for Chinese or pizza. And most of the Mexican places don't deliver.
I threw together a a meal of chorizo I had in my freezer, mixed with rice, diced tomatoes, onion, red pepper, rice and spices.
Today I had meatloaf, with mashed potatoes, and cream corn.
Having Christmas dinner a day early. Made a turkey, a small ham, sweet potatoes, banana pudding, stuffing, and other stuff.
Since COVID ruined any chance I had of stuffing my gaping maw with copius amounts of Virginia ham, I had to think of something to eat quickly.
This is part 1 of my 3 part Christmas Eve/Day Feast.
Wonton soup, spring rolls and a vegetable egg roll.
Part 3 of Chinese Christmas Feast - chicken from the greatest military leader in the history of the world's, pork fried & white rice.
Missing - Part 2 that consisted of me drunkenly shoving shrimp lo mien down my throat.
Pavlova with strawberries, kiwifruit and blueberries on top, drowned in hokey-pokey ice cream
Medium rare steak and beans at my dad's friend's old house, whose elderly mom still lives there.
And then later? I took the biggest shit. It required several flushes to fully process.
