Had some Pineapple Chicken Friedrice , on it's own it's alright but adding some mexican style seasonomg really makes the flavors pop.

Went to the diner this morning and had waffles, scrambled eggs & scrapple.

diner breakfast is amazing, it's a combination of the scrumptious food and the peaceful quiet environment the makes breakfast at a diner so chill. it's been a long time since I've actually had breakfast at a diner (probably since my last road trip).
I should have Denny's some morning soon just to experience that again.

I just had one too.
Overcooked leg of lamb, mashed potatoes and carrots.
3 rice cakes, with cream cheese spread on top, and sprinkled with some dill weed.
A freshly made, ham & potato soup with cheese... absolutely amazing, salty to perfection... I wish I had some freshly baked buns to go with it, but ehh, can't complain
