1/12th fried rice and 4 cups of water + a bottle (been fighting my hunger pangs throughout the whole day)
A little over half a pound of cold cut turkey, and about a a bag of spinach.
Also had like 2 spoon fulls of rice and a ton of water.
Tomatoes, toast with butter and cheese on it and two homemade hamburgers.
Been trying to figure out how much I should eat during the mornings and afternoons whenever I get leftovers from the thai restaurant because eating just 1/12th of a portion of something is bound to spoil with 3-4 days.Possibly by alternating from 1/12ths, 1/6ths and 1/3rd portions on each meal

I took a raw chicken breast, stuffed it with cheddar cheese, wrapped it with 2 strips of bacon and then baked for 30 mins. It was pretty good.
Subway rotisserie chicken sub yum, its my dinner before I jump on a plane in a few hours.
