Had 2 cups of Maxwell house instant coffee and scrambled eggs and hash browns. going to have some asian food in the next hour and 27 minutes
I ate some white chocolate M&M's. Nothing too special.

Had coffee and a 1/3 container of fried rice(will be eating 1/6th of it soon ) for breakfast.

had it along with some chicken and pumpkin soup.
probably not a accurate account to the portions but I had 1/12ths of pad thai for dinner last night my appetite was none existent,4 1/3rd for breakfast to counter my headache from the lack of sleep and had a free proper meal during lunch yesterday while i was at the thai temple .
Today so far I've only had 1/12th servings of pad thai from the same container for breakfast and lunch (with one 45 gram protein shake)
Had stirfried beef ,rice and 2 small pieces of fried pork fat for dinner last night but before that I had a couple tortilla chips and pork skins and fried crab legs for a snack.
for this morning I had 1/12ths of the pad thai I got from saturday night (it's starting to taste a little funny now) with Blueberry kefir mixed with a heaping teaspoon of coffee to drink
Just ate some noodle soup it was so very filling,gonna be cheating on my diet during lunch for the next couple of days
