Had a can of Chef boyardee's Mini Raviolis , getting needy to try something outside of my almost regular consumption off pad thai and fried rice

had a Smokehouse bacon burger...heated up a 6 oz cup of water for the coffee i may need later after having done a little research of how early i need to drink coffee before a workout... and also looked up for caffeine pills on amazon doesn't seem like it'd be that beneficial to me
okay so after finding out what would be a healthy amount of caffiene would be for my weight being 449 milligrams i've decided that based on the content on instant coffee that i would use
4 teaspoons in the morning
3 teaspoons in the afternoon
1/2 a teaspoon in night

okay not 3 cups a day maybe 2 with the afternoon dosage being 2.5 teaspoons depending on the time i wake up and how tired I maybe later during the day.
Gonna eat some padthai and fried rice from the container soon
i've been doing some math as inaccurate as it may be, i'll be alternating 3 days on different doses like for tomorrow i'd consume 2 teaspoons worth in the morning while in the afternoon i'd take 1 and 1/4 teaspoons then i'd decrease on friday with 1 teaspoon in the morning and half a teaspoon in the afternoon than repeat
Had a pretty good sleep last night I don't need a heavy dose like i did yesterday... I think i'll go light today

that Hyde energy drink i got yesterday really worked a number on my brain the past couple of hours, ingesting 350 mg of caffeine was perhaps to much for me in one sitting feels like it has worn down a little

I love sweet potato fries, but when I make them, I make them unhealthy.
I toss them in cinnamon and sugar then put them back in the oven for like a minute to where it starts to caramelize.
I dip them in vanilla icing.
