I had a neighbor who was in a "band", and whenever they played it sounded like the same guitar style, which I got sick of.
Rob Zombie - Dragula (Hot Rod Herman remix)
Which was featured in Twisted Metal 4 on the original PlayStation

Holy shit, I KNEW I remembered Rob Zombie and this song in particular from somewhere in my childhood. I should have suspected Twisted Metal 4. I used to play that at my friends house all the time because I wasn't allowed to play it at home haha.

Mastodon - Curl Of The Burl
Mastodon is pretty great. Most of their stuff is a pretty compelling blend of harder metal and prog, and I pretty much like assorted stuff from every album they've done. Crack the Skye is great, but so is their newest album.
I like how the song you posted has that grungy, naturalistic thing going on with the lyrics. The singer is an ol' fashioned dude who'll fuck you up for touchin' es goat.

Now after playing the new Saints Row IV DLC all the way through, I always imagine myself riding a velociraptor that's singing along to this.
I've listened to that song enough to know it. It's okay but it's still kinda meh 6/10
Another Halloweenie song. If you pay attention to the lyrics and know what its about.
Red Fang - DOEN

It's funny and silly. It's good for what it is and it doesn't try to be more, as opposed to silly pop music like Usher and Kanye West that tries way too hard to make their shitty and simplistic pop music look far more sophisticated and complex than what it really is. Soooo I'd say 5.5/10 !

I never knew Trans-Siberian Orchestra did a version of this. 10/10
I've always wanted to see them live but never have been able to.
Since this was pretty much ignored last time.....

I love Belzebong. 10/10
I am in love with this album. Was a tad iffy when I first heard it but after listening to it like 40 times (not even kidding) I am in love with it. Not my favorite Red Fang album mind you (thats Murder The Mountains) but it's up there. Hopefully I'll be able to see em when they're up in Chicago this December. I missed them the last like 3 times they were up there. I wanna say it was either the time they were with Mastodon or the time after that I got into a bit of a car accident and wrecked the only car I had which I could take up there to see em.
Red Fang - Dawn Rising
