Hey any guitar recorders in here............ I have a major question about recording guitar because i have been going Guitat->effects loop->line in (computer).. i heard 2 techniques either mic'ing up or going through my amp by going Guitar->effects loop->amp-> computer line in ........... if any other suggestions or if either of these techniques pros and cons please reply cool later im out!

I usualy go Guitar>Effects Loop>Amp>Line in to PC... i use cakewalk guitar tracks for the recroding but its not very good...

other wise i use a mic for my acustic

Ideas for song=what type of songs do you do, what genre do you put them in on NG
eg. trance, hiphop,oldschool

I have put some ('classical') music on the audio portal a couple of months ago but I still have no reviews. I would really appreciate it if some of you take the time to listen to my music. I can do a lot of styles, and I think I can do better than this, but I just felt like uploading something;)

Sadly I can contribute to the top five this time around. Some asshat decided to vote down my song...but luckily more ppl liked it and it only dropped to a 3.76 I think.

i'm thinking of breathing life back into the audio portal, i mean i think you have picked up speed so much, and made good audio submissions that your adding traffic but with more members means more power

I really wanna try it too...but I know the truth. Tom cares nothing for the audio portal, hes sees it as a place for flash artist to get music...nothing more. To expand and upgrade the portal would mean more work...and more money. We can write letters and petitions all we want. But money is the root of this evil. Though I know and accept this...I am willing to try if more ppl are.

Next time I will try to upload some techno, if that's what the people on NG want... My goal is that people will use my music in their submissions, that would be really awesome!

Ive been kinda donw on my music... but i have a lot of new stuff now... but its the same old story I CANT UPLOAD IT TO THE AUDIO PORTAL!!!!! does anyone have any ideas why i get the page cant be found page every time i try to get my music up? hehe.. allthough im pleased cos my best songs have been up for a year now and have stayed in the top 20 :D ... hmm wait actualy i think one droped to 22 now... ah well. And i finaly got two reviews!! Abd they both kicked ass! For those who havent click the link in my sig (Music) to listen...and could someone please help me with my music posting? I even tried setting up another acount and it didnt work!
