I copy off an atlas anatomy artbook on a couple of muscles, I also drew on my thought on how it form.
The most challenging part for me to decipher, the back of a foot.

I'm really loving all of these muscle/form drawings. By using the references you are able to see for yourself what makes up the body's shape and how to simplify and apply it for the future. It prevents stiffness that are in some drawings, although I don't usually see that issue with you anymore.
