A few of mine would be: Bad breath, having a dick, or smoking.

In all seriousness though, sluttiness makes me uninterested. Also not to do stereotypes but some really really hot girls are excessively dumb or pretend to be(I dunno why) and that is just a major turn off. Hilarious though.
General ugliness, and if combined with a self righteous personality and low intelligence, that would be for me, Godzilla.
Tall chicks (like 6 foot or taller) maybe because I'm not that tall myself :P

I am generally a person who cares more about personality than looks, but if she looks like her face has been smashed in by a concrete block, then sorry, not interested.
Turnoffs personality-wise are having being extremely unintelligent (particularly with common sense), being controlling, and extreme promiscuity.

Excluding any physical factors like fattiness and farting or acne, a super slutty personality it just so awful. I saw a porno once, where the chick was panting around like a dog, acting all crazy and stuff, then just leaping on guys like a freakin cat on a mouse. Needless to say, I stopped.

Bad breath, bad body odour, bad acne, not taking good care of yourself, unhealthy teeth, cigarette smoke, unclean, acting something you aren't, lying, laziness, putting yourself down all the time and having too big of an ego.
