We've been seeing an increase in these people these days, but the constant pwnage from our side is still worh it. And I say we need a FAQ, so we don't have to keep saying the requirements over and over. Unless we already have a FAQ. If so, we need to USE IT!

We do have an FAQ but l prefer to just type out the requirments. Usually we wip out the FAQ every time some one new joins but l havn't seen it posted in awhile.

That's what I meant, it takes a while before the deletion effect kicks in that part of "last poster". That happens an aweful lot.
