To make things easier to understand, you have to chose a profession or a role that you would take in the mafia. You can either create one if it hasn't been taken, or join an already existing one. There are many different areas to specialize in so make your pick.

Getaway driver
demolitions
sniper unit
martial artists
and there are plenty more.

Oh, I forgot one other. My job. I'm the transporter here. For those who dont know or simply forgot, I get stuff for the NG Mafia by driving around and picking it up.

Now, if you have any questions, just ask a capo. Good luck in finding your profession.

PS: I'm not a capo. For list of capos, ask someone who knows. Everytime I think about it, it gives me a migrane. Ok, going now.
