Loving what I'm seeing so far - that style of cell-shading, really *intense*. Seems to have a bit of hatching included to create the illusion of detail.
Can wait for it to be finished, but only belligerently.

I still suggest removing the spot on it's muzzle, cause if you look at a lapras it doesn't have a spot there, and it looks out of place on yours.
I think it's safe to say im not going for accuracy on the spots for lapras, seeing as they are fucking everywhere on mine, and there's only a couple on the regular
