Yet another 7.50+ VP update. Only 1 person broke 7.5 and nobody fell under 7.5, and thus the net gain to the list is 1, bringing us up to 227. Again, all the rankups (25 of 'em this time) are in full boldface. You'll notice the major jostling for position in the 11.60s and around 10.00 this week, in addition to plenty of people in the top 50 sharing the same VP (as far as NG displays them, that is). Some heated battles taking place over hard-to-get spots, what more could you ask for? (well, I suppose we could ask for the top 100 breaking 1000 VP as I thought they would by now, but we only increased by around 3.00... I suppose it'll happen in May, most likely... we need more rankups, people! That's the only way we can hit 1k! #;-}>)

By calculating the VP. Once upon a time, that meant manually taking the exp, subtracting 400, dividing by HT's exp by 400... adding 1... multiplying by 5.... taking that base VP that results from that and multiplying by 1.48, say (for the bonus of a Lt General), and getting the final total VP to many many decimal places in windows' calculator.

Yep, the ONLY good thing about having a lower exp than someone else.

Doesn't help when they have the same VP bonus as you, though (as in the case of me never being able to catch Crono and Recon unless they stopped depositing, for example... yet always being ahead of fixit, though... it's got its ups and downs).

If only one of that list was missing from yours it was worth the time doing it. I searched iflyte as Lflyte like you thought. With User Search disabled, there's no way to check I versus l anymore. Quantilho was a slip ... found him with the search then somehow managed to foget to delete from the .txt before posting. Most of these were folks who shot up from Captain to Sergeant or some such, so I had a feeling at least 1 had a chance at having snuck under the radar. 7-7.49 I figured you'd want to know for your off-line "watch list." Hey, I finally did it. I knew I'd be able to get into the Top 100 this week using only deposits. What amazes me, however, is how I managed to jump five whole spots while only gaining a lousy +0.04 to my Voting Power. Oh well, doesn't look like that's going to happen again anytime soon. I mean, I need +0.03 to my Voting Power just to take the next spot, and I'm well over a thousand blam/protect points away from ranking up. Might be able to get up one or two more spots this week, but another jump of five doesn't seem too likely at the moment. On the other hand, when I do get a rank up (which will probably be at least two to three weeks from now), I'm almost guaranteed a jump of roughly ten spots on this list. Can't wait for that Voting Power boost to kick in, huh? But yeah, right now, I'm just glad that I made it into one of my long term goals. I've been trying to do this for whole months now!
