It sure was and they should make the rule a lot clearer because even half the refs and linesmen don't understand it.

golden goal wasnt all that great, silver goal was pointless, its gonna be like the good old days again (England scored 2 extra time goals against Germany in the '66 world cup), but this means that if England ever scored in extra time, the other team have a chance to get one back which means it will be more likely that there will be a penalty shootout (GOD DAMMIT!!!!!)
