Just 1 medal per game now, I'm fairly okay with that. Like I said in the other thread, I'd rather see an API ban, as 34 self-promoting games with medals is more than enough, especially since there's zero skill involved in getting those medals. Medals are supposed to be unlocked for achieving something. Oh well, I guess this is the next best thing.

Ha, okay. No, those were just random people I found by clicking some high-score tables. Since I have no clue if any of them have ever been on this list (under a different name, for example), I asked about your ban list. I will search for some more people soon and hope you have some time to add them to this list. =)

They have been changed recently, with only 1 medal per game, on new submissions, all of a sudden.

I just finished searching for some more users to add to this list. Let's just say I found a couple of them. I'm really sorry about this H-O-S, but it's probably going to take a bit of time if you're going to add them to this list. I hope you do though, as it took me quite some time to collect them. After double checking the list I found, *ahum*, 65 new active medal collectors with at least 50k+ points. 15 of them have over 100k points. How would you like me to present them to you? Right now I have them in an excel file sorted by medal points. The profile links aren't there though, it's just names & points atm.

I'm actually sticking with games that don't have medals attached to them, because I like my nice round number of medal points. Recently I've been going through Conceptis' games, because they're all pure logic. Except the "connect the dots" one, because I'm an adult.

Yes, as a result there will be undeserving bums taking up few rakings for doing nothing. Seeing that the HTD medals will become worthless one day as what was a gold mine will be shut down, I'll have to start stocking up on medals from older games like the people in the 1980s used to stock up on cocaine.

Well not that i was anywhere close to the list, but it was nice to get a few extra points, and they didnt have to remove them what they could have done is make the medals harder to achieve, but the HTD designers seem to go for more of the more rather then the qaulity, ohwell back to some older medal games then.

Yes, as a result there will be undeserving bums taking up few rakings for doing nothing. Seeing that the HTD medals will become worthless one day as what was a gold mine will be shut down, I'll have to start stocking up on medals from older games like the people in the 1980s used to stock up on cocaine.

I don't care how many medals or what value is assigned to them, I just wish they'd be adjusted/eliminated and then left the hell alone. I do yearn for the days where I could look on the 'Games With Medals' pages and not have to wade through crap to find something to play.

I would be extremely interested in a truly accurate list, but I think without automation there's no way for this list to be truly accurate. I looked at a couple of the newcomers to the list posted today and neither had any other contributions to their profiles beyond medal points. No blams, reviews, posts, etc. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but if they're not desperate for the approval/ego stroke/sense of accomplishment/sense of domination that this list provides all of us, why not leave them off since the list will invariably be inaccurate anyway?
