Wow, this list is starting to get awesome already! Anyway, here's an update on policy.

There is NO AGE LIMIT... Minors welcome, half of us are minors anyway...

You don't have to stay the whole time (camp overnight) if you don't want to... As long as you can go somewhere else.

It's gonna be late June most likely for those who are worried it may interfere with other ingagements.

Don't worry I'm sure a bunch of people will try to get pictures and everything. Hell Tom even mentioned a video on the first page of this thread, which I thought was a great idea before he even said it. I'm sure I'll take a lot of pictures/videos myself.

Okay the San Diego ComiCon is from July 23-26. So I guess you could set the date at least a week before hand. Oh and how much is a tent?

Yeah, the meetup is most likely going to be LATE JUNE... Also, I don't know how much a tent is, make one out of blankets and broomhandles if you have to. :P

I will likely NOT be staying over through the night, as the last time I went camping was when I was 9 and it was a huge disaster.

So, unless Tom chooses to invest in a Newgrounds RV, I'll probably just make it a day trip.

I've been trying to find contacts to call to make sure we can legitimize the option of camping, but I realized the only thing the Municipal building is good for is housing an ambulance... It's unmanned... I'll probably have to snailmail letters to residents informing them... That'll suck...

Worst case scenario if the residents don't want us there overnight, we can rent out 5-10 or so rooms at an Econo Lodge or something in Frackville, PA, about 15 miles east of there. That's the closest one.

Okay, we might as well quit beating around the bush, the Tentative Date for the "Real Silent Hill" Meetup is JUNE 19-20! A Friday and a Saturday, and if you're not a pansy, we may go to the 21st too!

Me being there is iffy. It is right after my scheduled Senior Trip and a few days before going off to be a camp officer. I want to go, but as of right now its a 33% chance. But things may change in the next few weeks so who knows?
