Story of my life. I've got way too many side projects lined up that I'm trying to make some progress on, and I want to dedicate more time to music as well. The 40 hour work weeks and the household work just don't leave much spare time.

I've always been a fan of dieselboy. I get mad sometimes though when I read his facebook posts about how he's a "real DJ" because he does it "live, without computers."

That's fucking amazing chopin. You can mix two sound files in a specific format. When I mix live I HAVE to use my computer because I've always been too broke to afford my own tech set up. It was hard enough tricking my parents to buy me a drum kit back in high school... how do I explain to them what a midi controller even is and how it makes music with reason? How do I explain to them that it's worth the investment? I've always considered trying to find a way to perform a DJ set "live" with my keyboard in a la rock n roll performance/set. I'm thinking Flashbulb/squarepusher kind of deal... I'm derailing myself...

I can't stand arrogance in music. We're all just hairless animals with toys trying to have a little fun. Stop trying to make yourself look like a genius ya fuck twat and just enjoy the music without trying to make other people feel insufficient.

I wish I had some more time to elaborate on this so as not to sound like a total tool myself but... you have no idea how hard it is for me to even get on a computer and check my email. Also, first person to call me a hypocrite is a flipper face.

How is it even possible to double post here? I mean I've seen people do it, but whenever I try to do it e.g. to correct my previous post, I get an error message, that I shouldn't double post. The only way I sometimes get a double post is, when there was a post in between two of my posts that gets deleted by the moderators.
