I ran in a contest too. Did 6 miles in 32 minutes 10 seconds. I am not satisfied at all.

Also... Turtlebeach headsets suck ass... don't ever buy one. I got a PX3, which is apparently worth like $150... it has crazy mic static, and it won't even charge... And after going through the steps to fix it that support told me, it still doesn't charge.

Piece of garbage, that's what this thing is.

Nice timing there dude, we run the same speed assuming your pace was steady the whole way through.

At one point i just couldn't run anymore and walked for about 200 meters..
but i ran an average of 13,4 km/h which is about 8.3 mph
Look at this cool graph of my relative finishing position compared to other runners (there were 1800 something) :3

Guys, guys, guys, I moved into the campus of my university. Couldn't find the time to connect, too much stuff to do.

Met so many new people, this is insane. Everything is so interesting, though I miss the days, when I could fuck around the Web all day, not caring about what's going to happen tomorrow, teehee.

The only con of my stay here is that I didn't take my guitar with me. But I'll fix that closer to winter.

Anyways, it's a new life and I am kind of happy with it.

Yep. I got that feeling last year for my freshman year. But then you'd realize how much fucking work you got to do and then you start crying yourself to sleep every night. :C

Houses

I am looking at them. Finally did a viewing this morning, and there's few cons for the place, and many pro's. Still I gotta decide between waiting around for something nicer to come up on the market, or just going for this one.

DECISIONS. They're hard.

Do you go into school expecting not to do work then? If you want to get anywhere you've got to put some effort in! Keep the goal in mind to motivate you. :)

oh I do the work. I still get mad about it because I've never liked doing it lol.

I'm just getting this degree so that I can get a better paying job afterwards.

Which means, you might've been a bit too late for the whistle points: all those reviews must've been taken down. O_O

Come race day, sometimes you just get bad luck or hit with the cramps or what ever. If I'm going to walk I find its best to like pick two objects before you start walking to walk between as briskly as you can.

I usually do 5km/10km distances (3.1/6.2miles) at a 13.5kmh/8.38mph speed with the final km accelerating into a 22kmh sprint. I have a strong finish. I want to do some races but it pains me to pay to enter and I feel like I perform way worse when I have people to weave between. Turns into a much more mentally active run. I'm in a city where usually number of runners is high, I did a 10km with 15,000 people once... barf.

Hey, i do that too. Kind of. When i start walking i pick an object ahead of me and when i reach it, i start running again.

15,000.. that's just too much. You sound like a good runner though. I'm not actually a runner, i only trained once, about a month before this contest. I play football (soccer) however, so i'm in pretty good shape.

I think you all will get it one day. Someday it will just dawn on you and you won't believe how ignorant you once were. You will realize that I am your king.

That's right. I'm sending in a request to become your audio portal administrator.

Soccer would do it, the directional changing is actually superb for your quads, achilles spring factor and working towards a faster natural running speed. Every games like a cardio and speed work.

I do ok. I'm fit/have a good build for running. I was training this summer for doing a 5km in under 20mins, closest I timed was 2:30ish but I got sick and shortly after had wisdoms removed which ate up like 4 weeks of training. I'm hoping to atleast pick it up before things start snowing. Maybe I can in a month. :S Fingers crossed. I guess ultimately doing the 5km in under 20 in a race should be the goal.

It's like you see right through me

I do see stuff and things, hence the artist name. Hashtag winky face.

I'm just really goddamn frustrated. We've had 3 properties we were really interested in that were apparently let by the time we called to make a viewing appointment, and now there's one I've actually gone and viewed, decided to just go for it by the next day, and it's already fucking gone. Back to square one.

Every single time i see someone on the internet use the word 'square', i jump right on it to make a username joke.
Granted, it's never really funny, but i won't give up!
