Well, I've gotten really tired of just charting out notes. It has become so frustrating and inexpressive for me. I've been constantly getting stuck in the middle of a song because it just looses flow...

I still feel that the only real way to express oneself is through pure improvisation. I've spent countless times sitting in front of the piano pounding away at the keys, oblivious to what I was doing. But the feeling embodied in the improvisation... I don't think anything else could come closer to expressing what I truly am.

So here it is. I've never learned how to play the piano, and there are A LOT (and I am A CRAP LOAD) of mistakes in this... but I am so sick of editing right now, I don't want to fix the mistakes. And in some ways, the mistakes are a part of the music. The only thing I have added to this are some strings in the background to go with the bass notes of the piano.

I present "Broken." The notes are broken, the song is broken, but the emotion is alive.

I hope you all can appreciate this despite the mistakes.
