For those who are STARTING OFF or MISSING TOOLS 4 & 6:

When you enter the ruins by the normal key means you take the first stairwell down(not the one covered by grass), you first have to find a hidden key on the first level, after that proceed down another level the first locked door will be a single chest walk behind it and the rest is up to you, I just saved you 1-2 hours of meaningless wall bashing. I'm sorry Devs but this is the first main starting area and to stash the most important tool behind a chest room is too cruel even for the Maw.
(Press esc to open backpack, you can interact with stuff in your bag)- if you're struggling with puzzles adventure logs provide a lot of detail

DONT READ IF YOU DON"T HAVE ALL YOUR TOOLS

So I'm at a stand still on what to do, twilight ending ez done, visited god Pyramids(one still lock the other completed), own 2 tab pieces(top 2 pieces), said goodbye to ann and the guy at the starter cabin but i need more apparently(cult guy in 4 doll dot puzzle doesn't count). The only thing I can work on is ann's puzzle room, but no matter the directions they face nothing clicks. I also need to upgrade my sword, so I can go through the thick regening vines.

So "kill" some more time or solve this puzzle, get a certain key, or I'm missing out on something.

Round 2 update, killed 2 gods but it provided no progression awkward (btw use bell in eye to start fight)

I understand the all-seeing eye god and the devour god both have their own endings if you follow their wishes, but since i can't name game files to correctly mark certain points I've decided to ignore them and go for all god kill run. But I'm still at the same stand still point I was yesterday. 2 bodies dead(ann and starter guy) I cant find this "well" that people are talking about, the one that holds the 3rd sacrifice. 2 gods dead(all seeing and the maw), Still don't know where to upgrade my sword.

There is two puzzles rooms with no dictators on how to solve them:

Ann's puzzle room: No matter how many positions you get the statues they won't do a thing. Even if you copy the portrait that separates them.

4 Doll Room Puzzle: Solved the initial puzzle but the other door underground is still closed. There is no other dolls to try any other combinations anywhere else in the game n hammer doesn't break it down.

Is it a bug when you take the music box then fully reenter the place for the music to reset? Or does that mean I'm missing somethin?

Also where da city at mannnn?

Devs please give me a hints on this

Day4/16
completed ann's puzzle reward was nothing, so im stuck on a door that doesn't do anything, woot & found the damn city, WHERE TO FIND DA CITY: the dark hallways(the one where you follow the eyeball path to find the stairwell or wander off to find the ovther stairwell part) that lead you to the 4 dot doll puzzle, sit in the darkhalls for 30 seconds and you'll fall for no reason, truly 0 indicators Baconspider's hint clutchin up for the player base and i love it, can finally fully explore the full game
For Whom The Bell Tolls*

BUG/ EXPLOIT in mammon's area where you come across the guy hiding on the doorway with the blinking eyes you can sacrifice him as many times as you want and the dialogue would display as the starter guy's dialogue

"Error. Failed to initiate graphics."

managed to get to the fog filled city, but no way to dispel it!! any hints on the fan? also, would be very cool to have something like a map...

Nvm, found some stuff...

further edit: I'm struggling to kill the stargazer, is it just a long fight or do I need a specific weapon? thanks :D

Great game! I had a really fun time exploring and finding secrets. The bits of lore really add an interesting touch.

The only things I haven't been able to do yet is find the Limos boss fight and get all 15 Valac Shards. I've explored everywhere I can, but only have 13 out of 15.

Also, I did find one bug. If the last person that you kill using the Limos blessed sword is the guy hiding in the underground city and you teleport to Limos, the fog effect will stay on screen.

Fiddleling responds:

Thank you very much for playing and for pointing out the bug!
The LIMOS fight requires you to throw yourself into the void in his chamber where the apostles appear. Give the gap in the platform a check! For the Valac Shards, make sure to break rocks, look for ghostly apparitions and push blocks in formations to reveal them. Best of luck!

- typo in chat with the guy in the first hut: "I guess we wont see eachother again" -> missing space between "each" and "other".
- the skulls that lie sideways (especially in the bone room) look like the letter "B" too much.
- 2nd journal: "The 1st underground ..." should be "first" not "1st", breaks immersion a bit.
- broken divinity book: "scholars found 3 that ..." should be "three" not "3". Google "General rules for using numbers in text", 1-9 should be words, rest can be numbers.

Where I got annoyed small time:
My feeling is that fall-though-holes should stay open once fallen through them. The movement speed makes it difficult enough to avoid them. Generally I like this kind of puzzle (even as it is), but it is used too early in the game, you might loose lots of players here that have not "bonded" to your game/story yet, they might fear the rest of the game is like this and leave.

Where I got stuck big time:
- Finding that I had to use the inventory bell on the big note floor marking in the north took me like half an hour. Reason I didnt try at first was that the bell did nothing in the other floor marking rooms where it said "the bell resonates" and assumed it wouldnt work here as well.

Where I got puzzled:
- We have notes on doors (ok, these open when hitting the big bell with the hammer), a (still) not usable flute in the bottom right of the maze, a bell in the inventory, floor markings with a bell on it, a music box ... Too many "sound" type items if you ask me, leaving players puzzled about what-to-combine-with-what especially considering they have to run back and forth to try.
- gained nothing from returning the music box to the sis? Also, returning it was only possible after talking to her several times when I already had it with me the first time I talked to her?
- item 4 and 6 remain empty and the game just ends with using the bell in north? Why do I even have health? Did I do something wrong? :(

EDIT:
- Esc -> Backpack -> "Hells Bells": should be "Hells Bell", for it is only one bell (as the description sais.).
- Esc -> Backpack -> Hells Bells -> "Why did the Hells bells brought you here?" should be "Why did the Hells bells bring you here?" or "Why have the Hells bells brought you here?"

Fiddleling responds:

Thank you so much for the detailed feedback! It's wonderful to read ways that I can improve my game! Since English is not my native language, all this details are very appreciated!
For the items 4 and 6, they are the FAN and the HELM OF VISION. The fan allows you to use the flutes and the blades spinning around, and the helm allows you to see and interact with secrets! Make sure to check for hidden walls behind treasure chests ;)
For the health, you need it to defeat the bosses! Explore a bit more and you'll find them! Best of luck!
