Reviews for "2-Bit Explorer"

I would give it a five star if it wasn´t for the fact that this game is "have fun-get stuck-read comments-have fun-opps stuck again"
I am currently with the hunger sword (killed 2 people because I was desesperated), I have all 6 items, have gone trougt two doors with an eye and can´t find the third one
I think I only went to the twigtligth ending and don´t know what to do,
Everyone talks about a forgoten city that I am strugling to find
I have 3 tablet fagments, 3 invory ore, 3 elvon ore, 3 brigt ember, 4 coin of fortune, 2 fragment of vision and 8 valac shards
I have run out of ideas pls help (where is that city)
Edit: I founded the city and finished the tablet, don´t know how to take infinite steps but I will figure it out, also now that I´m stack I have like 3 gods that want my body but because there is no way back I loaded a save and I will leave them for the end

At first it took me a long time to understand why the 4th and 6th slots are empty, but in the end, absolutely by accident in a hidden area stumbled upon another hidden passageway and found the helmet) Then everything went great. I got the endings Twilight Zone, For Whom The Bell Tolls and 4 variants of Bad Moon Rising (after patronizing each of the bosses and after killing all three). Even found all 15 Valac Shards, but I can't figure out if that gives access to another ending or if they're optional this time and only give access to a little extra information?

It helped a lot in the walkthrough to have previously completed the previous part, particularly to solve the puzzle to get the helmet.

It's cool but way too cryptic. I can't find the helm even after reading all the comments. "oh it's behind a chest in the first dungeon" I literally looked everywhere and there isn't shit. I've found a couple hidden walls but they just led to an empty dark room with one of those eye things and the sewer nun who won't let me pass. No, I don't remember which chests had what item so telling me "it's by where you found the hammer" won't help either. It took me 30 minutes to get to the twilight ending which was fun and I've spent 60 minutes after that finding literally nothing. The comments about getting stuck at several different points that are way after where I am really make me not want to play this any more. Also maybe don't put so much extreme late game stuff in the early game chests? Doing a puzzle and being "rewarded" with ore or embers that I can't do anything with because I can't find the helm to get the fan to get to the underground city to find the NPC that will actually need these things doesn't feel good.

This game is really awesome! I'm only like a half-hour in, but so far I love it a lot. I can't wait to come back and play some more of it! I really dig the simple designs, not to mention the sound is what wraps this up neatly! It's very eerie and actually makes me nervous as I play it, not a lot of scary games hit the mark like this!

Game is honestly wonderful, the puzzles are pretty good, and atmosphere is lovely as well. The only thing is I'm not smart enough to finish it lol. I've been playing for an hour straight and reached a point where I don't think I can figure things out.

That being said I absolutely recommend this stuff, because overall it's been extremely fun.
