Novel and elegant
Beautifully judged learning curve, with enough simplicity to pick up and play, and enough complexity to keep you playing (and dying) again and again, in a recursive attempt to reach some impossible finale.
Sure, there are many embellishments that could be added, but I'm not sure that they would add enough variety to make the dilution of the purity of gameplay worthwhile.
This is my new go-to game for filling those empty moments on the phone waiting for the hold music to end.
Great game
I didn't know what to expect at first, but the game was a lot of fun. The strategy seems simple enough on the surface, but being forced to constantly make some crucial split second decisions made the experience challenging and fun.
I have to agree with Kinohki - the music was fantastic. Exactly the kind of epic music you'd expect for a game like this, and it really enhanced the experience.
Wish I could recommend some improvements, but I think the game is perfect the way it is. I hope you decide to make a full game.
