Pretty good.
A fairly good sim game. I would only ask that it be longer and that the endless bitching about elevators be fixed. Trick or not, I played into the game after beating it for another hour. I had all the expansions and roughly 50% of the hotel was elevators. Still had complaints.

I think that this is very well done, but i can't say that i ever stayed at a hotel where they had a bowling alley, let alone on the 13th floor
Theres a trick to the elevators
Make the shafts alternate. In groups of 5 or 6 (alternating with the staff elevators) so they can come up or down faster.
After I did this I never ever got a complain.

all you need to be sure to do is be sure to read the tutorial and it is an awesome game. only thing i could ask for is for it to be a little longer.
wow but...
the big challenge i had was getting that 3rd star den ez pie.. but a 5 star i had 25 reg elevator for 300 room and the game area was full and cant stop ppl of asking for stuff until you go in the red ... good base do
