Thought it was fun buuuuuuut... THEY WON'T EVER STOP WANTING ELEVATOR SHAFTS!! lol I've built 9 going straight up but they still complain. Oh well, still kewl game.

Good game!
This is a very god game, well thought out, and most of the complaints that people are making are due to lack of strategy, not problems with the game.
A few strategy points:
- If you take it slowly, pay attention to customer feedback and build what is necessary, you never need to take out a loan. I agree that when you *do* take one out, it weighs heavily on your account, but I played this game through twice without needing to take any loan at all. This is actually a pretty good lesson for life!
- The elevators are one of the toughest points in the game. It is very difficult not to get customer complaints about them, but once you realise that long elevator shafts are a bad idea, this isn't a problem either. With elevator shafts not longer than 5 floors, no one is waiting for very long. Having to take 20 evelvators to get up to their room doesn't make anyone complain, as long as they don't have to wait long for each one of them. With a strategy like this, you can have all the elevators 4 or 5 rooms apart, and fit in all the high-paying rooms.
- Keep an eye on your businesses - if you see that your internet rooms are barely getting traffic once you are higher starred, get rid of them and put in a suite. Note that discos, while expensive, are low maintenence and high income - one person a month will rake in a couple of thousand! Look out for other options like this.
- Make sure you have variety - if you make all the rooms presidential suites, people who want standard rooms won't have anywhere to go. The standar rooms may rake in less dough, but they fill up quickly, and keep people happy.
All in all a good game. Simple gameplay, but you really need strategy to work out all the kinks. Thanks!

This is a great game, but the elevators are the only problem i found. If everyone is so worried about the loans then do not get them. I finished this in 10 yrs with no loans.
