I even like this more than Street Fighter EX
The only problem are some sprites fails.

Awsome Game
I love the fact that you can customize where your exp goes at any time. I really helps for the final battles.
I think you could have used more of the Guile theme in your loops when he is around and you should have kept the music the way it was in the begining. Also, I liked Segat's theme before.
I found a bug on Akuma's combos. If I select shoryuken, it counts as having tatsumaki selected, though shoryuken is on the comand bar. With this bug, you can try to do two shoryukens, but only one will come out when you attack.
I do like how shun goku satsu has no command because its so powerful. It gets rid of all guard it the opponent had any and if the opponent had no guard, it instant ok's them.

As for the shun goku statsu... that's probably the most powerful move in all the Street Fighter games, so I had to do it justice! :-D

1 problem though...
What happened to the music? It's either sped up, or looped in an awkward place, often midway.

And yes, I had to cut the music and reduce the lenght of the looped tracks, because the size of the game (and even the .fla file) was growing bigger and bigger. I just had to put a stop to it!

It's "right" and then "right" again, if I recall correctly.
By the way, there is no attack that can't be blocked in this game, so never give up.
