Sick shit but...
I find that the upgrading system can be a bit cheap. i mean. i was getting my ASS handed to me by akuma because i equally leveled up my health and guard, after the 2nd battle i said fuck this and upgraded my guard all the way. kicked the shit out of akuma. ALSO whenever you switch out, the character you switch with gets full special meter, so i would just switch at the beginning of every fight i could. but besides those issues i really liked this game!

- The level up system is unbalanced, that's true. But it's also true that when you can't play well, meaning you can't block ALL the attacks, having a lot of HP is helpful.
And having more combos can make the difference, sometimes, too.
But I'm sure the stats as they are now need an upgrade. I'll think about a solution to this.
- I can't see anything bad about the full special metere in tag team. The opponents in those fights are heavily overpowered, so it's not like the game gets too easy. And I did this so that the player would swap the two fighters very often.

THIS GAME IN INCREDIBLE!!!
This is easily one of the best games I have ever played on newground to this day. The controls were flawless, the cut scenes were flawless, the entire game was flawless.
I was not expecting this when I saw this on the front page, but it it completely worth being up there.
I give it a 11 out of 10
