really good art
which got the animation 4 points, and the final joke 2 points. Wasn't long enough for it's loading time and it wasn't overly funny or no message in it, etc. Good work. As I said, good artwork.

A good idea with an o.k. excecution
The art is very well done, and you certainly aren't lacking in the visual aspect of flash.
There are however one or two small issues I have with the film.
Firstly, I have a hard time believing that a pilot would attempt to fly shuch a crappy aircraft in general, let alone without wings or any other lifting surface. I would have certainly improved the shock comedy factor, if the eldery mans' contraption looked like a flight capable aircraft, or even as if it was superior to the hang glider, only to have it smash the ramp and clip the building.
That said, the rest of the flash is well done. Especially for the timeframe in which it was created. Keep working on ideas, and if you can, make a story board and present it to friends or family for feedback.
