awesome style
you have a really nice style to your work, although I found this a little too short. Even if you'd shown the man splatting on the ground it would've made it alot better

Half way there
Nicely done despite the time restriction, the art and animation are really nice and their style is also quite original.
There's a little problem, however, and it's the fact that the story is not really clear. Perhaps, instead of showing the old man running up the stairs you could make a sight contest (you know, when they look at each other with angry faces, defying and so) and thus creating the competition atmosphere wich would raise the tension and lead to a funnier ending, or at least a more unexpected one.
You've got awesome skills and potential, I hope to see longer productions from you. I'm sure they'll be epic.

I didnt really find it funny due to the fact that the old guy was riding a fish, but you should have made multiple guys flying and falling at the same time.

I suppose I expected longer, as it was 13 MB, but I would imagine that's an effect of using After Effects (no pun intended). I'm imagining the "punchline" being something to fish don't fly? Again, the animation was very well done, but could've had more focusing on the substance, not just the 1st person to the rooftop.
