potential but fails
the graphics and stuff are smooth. this game has a lot of potential
problem is the controls. and i think one simple fix would fix it all
W should be jump (in addition to up for climbing ladders)
having to use WASD, space, and mouse all at once is annoying and i frequently hit W instead of space and fall.
i'm sorry to say it's a gamebreaking feature.

the game would be way much better if I didn't have to press shift or space to jump other than that I think it is a good game
Decent enough.
Would have benefitted from a 'thing thing' style of control; ie the man faces the way the mouse does. I'd be thowing a knife at some spider only for the knives to go the other way because the guy was facing the wrong way!
Also space to jump is really annoying when so many flash games use up/w.
The arc the knives made when they're thrown was cool though.
controls were a bit
awkward, using wasd and one hand on the mouse to aim and shoot and then having to hit the spacebar to jump -- I'd fix that.
Otherwise, not a bad old schooll 8 bit style platformer.
I didn't particularly like the way the bullets kind of just fe3ll flat out of the gun, pretty that up and your good.

let's start with the good, very fun game, graphics are nice
the bad, the controls are god awful and it ruins what could and should be an amazingly fun game. if you do make a sequel make the controls customizable, and stuff like the doors, and shops automatically engage but it does have a lot of promise
