It's a really well done game but...

It's pretty close to a perfect 10, the graphics are simple but they definitely get the point across and everything animates smoothly. There's a variety of enemies and of God is there a variety of weapons, but the controls just are not very smooth. The little guy does not change direction well, the jumping feels a little spastic, and the range of aiming on the crosshair could stand to be a little broader.

Still a very interesting game, great way to waste a few hours.

I love the upgrades, enemy variety, difficulty, just about everything. Only one major issue was to be found. I almost got carpal tunnel from playing it too much! Seriously, though. I give it an 8.

Awesome!!!

Awesome game its like a console game I had to stop and come back again and again. You could customize your inventory buy gadgets, different guns, and ammo. Not alot of other games I've played comes near the freedom of this one, and thats what makes it so much fun to play. I hope you make another one or something just like it because it was a lot of fun. Keep up the good work =-).

P.s.- the only thing I didn't like about it was the spacebar to jump and I still got used to it so its alright haha thanks for a good game (thumbs up)

possibly best game eva PLOX!!! tommy gun is awsome but not as good as microgun...and if u ever make a sequel, please have a auto/larger clip bazooka.

P.S. there is a bug... i got mk1 body armor and won game, then new game has buy mk2..what happended to mk1? says it no in invetory...

Not often do I find a game as entertaining as this one was. I had expected it to be a short and simple hollow platform shooter with outrageously unbalanced weapons, but I was completely wrong. It does start out very simple, but gets to be quite a challenge later through the game, and the small plot was actually pretty interesting.
I see a lot of reviews crying over the control scheme, but I didn't find it to be too distracting. Being able to shoot backwards still towards the cursor would be nice, but its not a big deal. One thing I would have liked to see would be the ability to assign weapons to number keys, because I'd often find myself trying to switch to a specific weapon quickly. Not a big deal either.

The game was quite a challenge to me (I can't even recall the number of times I died on the final boss), but it never stopped being fun. The weapon upgrades were awesome, and this is one of the few games where I was actually able to afford the best weapons at games end.

There is one small bug I found, though. Upon my second play through, when getting to the area with the spiders, there was no boss. I was simply stuck there with no boss or key. It's second play through though, so I suppose not that big of a deal.

In a nutshell, fantastic game! I loved every minute.
