Neat little game.
It would have been nice to have enough skill points to max everything out, but that's alright. I suppose it encourages a little re-playability so you can see what all the top stuff is. It did get a little drab and repetitive after a while, but thats to be expected from a neat little game like this. 9/10 stars. Its not what I'd call a masterpiece or perfect, but I can feel the effort, thought, and time that went into this while I'm playing.
Many errors
the commenters have said what errors need fixing. I would like obstacles, since it would make the game more interesting. I also don't see why the weapon doesn't automatically upgrade. Still, I can tell you worked quite hard on this game, and I believe you do deserve a high score, it just needs to be fixed, and thought through more.

Cool but...
Finished all 250 levels. The game was not an original one but it was an improved one. There should have been a shield hud which showed the damage done to it and the remaining cool time. Otherwise the concept was good but could have been improved with radio transmissions and boss battles which could have added a story. My grade is 6/10 but compared to other games on newgrounds which get 10/10 even when they are shittier than this, im giving this game a 9/10
