Neat little game.
It would have been nice to have enough skill points to max everything out, but that's alright. I suppose it encourages a little re-playability so you can see what all the top stuff is. It did get a little drab and repetitive after a while, but thats to be expected from a neat little game like this. 9/10 stars. Its not what I'd call a masterpiece or perfect, but I can feel the effort, thought, and time that went into this while I'm playing.

only problem was that you should make arrow keys also work for moving, makes it easyier for those with laptops :)
good, but...
it could use a story. nothing too fancy, how about "you have captured one of the enemies experimental modular f**king uber tanks. go kick ass."
Good but...
there's a few issues that can really ruin playing it. The first issue is movement, sometimes it starts constantly moving up and you get stuck at the top for a while, and sometimes movement in one direction just stops as if theres an invisible wall.
You can continually collect powerup to unlock new upgrades when there isn't any, and two of the shields could not be equiped including the final shield which was a disapointment. Ingame the score is always displayed as -2 until you die.
Well I hope you make a sequal and improve some of these issues. Maybe if you make a sequal add a difficulty option or just make it harder. I hope you take this as constuctive critiscism not as an insult.
