The concept was pretty funny and the war scenes had me smiling through, but the errand scnes were not half as funny. Those were just too predictable for my taste.
I dind't really find the animation special, but really liked the facial expressions. Especially in the, yes war scenes ;-)
Cool, just so you know a lot of the war scenes were improvised while the cutaways were mostly scripted, so perhaps that shows a tendency towards improvised comedy? Or perhaps the other scenes just weren't that funny, haha.
I make no effort to cover up the fact that I am still learning the ins and outs of animation (The Pregnancy Test in October was the first thing I ever animated) but with each one I learn a little more. I'm glad you were still able to find the short somewhat enjoyable.

The thing is, I watched BIG with Tom Hanks again not too long ago and I must say, that kid has no taste in movies.

Wow, that's a really amazing accolade. I know there are those out there who would disagree but whether or not they feel the same everyone should rest assured we will keep on making cartoons and we will do our best to keep a constant standard of quality, hilarity and creativity.

Great story!
I was very impressed watching this, the story was pretty solid and acting/expression was sound. I feel the crescendo wasn't there in the middle
but the ending was perfect, way to go on the gross factor :D

Family guy could certainly be counted amongst our influences, however I do think there are things they do right and things they do wrong. I won't get into the depth as that discussion is a bit tired, but I think it is important to recognize quality when you see it and to count it amongst your influences.
