Good Anime
From what I saw I think you were kinda following the japanese anime sorta approach, I am a huge fan of anime such as bleach and naruto, and even though the animation needs a bit of tweaking, although if you did that all yourself then your a gifted artist well done and keep them coming. Although the DVD idea is good, you should also just post a download link for it that way quality and size is not an issue.

I actually watched the whole thing through! Kinda rare with flash vids these days, not enough of them have story or any plot. But you managed to pull it off quite well! The ONLY thing I didn't like is how she seemed to walk like she crapped her pants. Other than that, I thought the animation was fine. Good job! Keep it up!

dialogue improvement
"out of all 73 victims murdered there was one survivor" lols. It's easy to criticize but the dialogue made me want to stop watching.
