Reviews for "Smash Bros: Go Pichu!"

Awesome! Well, somewhat

YEAH I was waiting for it, I was waiting for the Excel Saga reference when the spotlight lit up XD nice job

He was

Pichu WAS in ssb . SSBM(super smash brother melee) to be exact. He just was removed from brawl. He made SSBM but not SSBB

poor pichu.

I kinda wanted pichu in the SSB *sigh*. Nice Vid though!

Pretty good.

I have some good things to say about this:
1: Finally, a video in which Simon dies!
2: God, that little bastard is cute. But God, his moves sucked. Ya really showed that in your film.
3: Good animation. Good story. Just a little lacking on the audio.

And here are two questions that arose, though...

1: If Pichu's final smash caused him to explode, then why didn't the others explode as well (assuming that the move also inflicts damage on everyone else, not only him/her/itself)?
2: What happened to the knife that Pichu was holding before he/she/it exploded?
3: Why didn't Pichu get in to SSB:B, and yet that fluffy bastard Jigglypuff was in all three Super smash games? WHERE IS THE LOGIC IN THAT!?

So, as a summary... It's a great film, but it raises too many questions than answers. Kind of like Lost. Maybe even a little better. Fuckin' sinking island. So, no 10 for you. Settle for a nine. It's better, because its a biger than the numbers 0 and 1. So look on the bright side.

Topaz989 responds:

Ah, what a delightful review. First off, thank you for being so detailed. I really appreciate that. Anyways, lets see if I can PR my way to answering your questions:

1) While Miyamoto has laser eyes, Sakurai has something else. (And like Lost, the author answers one question while creating more... MWHA HA HAHA)

2) Pichu flung it at the toasted skull of Simon. Wouldn't you do it if he humiliated you like that?

3) Okay, this is one I can seriously answer. Nintendo is very pro-japan when it comes to decisions. Jigglypuff, is extremely popular in Japan, so she stays. It kind've explains why Earthbound/Mother has several representatives while Metroid (a series that has really poor sales in Japan) is under-representatived) . Anyways, again thank you for the review. : )
